Tramun Clogg

I can agree with others on how Clogg has a very strong Pirates of the Caribbean look here. As to a voice, I have to respectfully disagree with one commenter regarding Depp. Seems more fitting to have Geoffrey Rush or Bill Nighy provide Clogg's voice, being Barbossa and Davy Jones, respectively. Nighy can be very comical in his portrayals when he wishes, while Rush's performance was already very fitting for Clogg's personality.
